Daniel Sours has more than 22 years of experience in structural engineering and residential construction. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 15 states and a licensed Structural Engineer in 4 states.
Since 2005, Daniel has worked with homeowners, contractors, and building professionals on residential projects, including single-family and multifamily work.
Each project begins with a written proposal outlining the services and fees before work begins.
